This will reset all settings for the application which might do the trick. In order to do this, Find and tap Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;amp; notifications &amp;gt; App-info &amp;gt; Camera &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; Restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing that you can&amp;nbsp;try is to reboot your phone in safe mode in order to see if the camera behaves the same there. All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily disabled while in safe mode and by doing this you can see whether this is caused by a downloaded&amp;nbsp;app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the same behavior from the camera app persists in safe mode,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would recommend that you try to&amp;nbsp;to perform a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;software repair&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;using a computer and Xperia Companion.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1247531"&gt;@easy_6211&lt;/A&gt;, and thank you for your reply!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of the measures i mentioned in my previous post manages to make the camera work as intended again, the only thing i can advise you to do is to have your phone sent to an authorized service center to be examined and hopefully repaired, as i mentioned in my previous post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And as the service costs, warranty laws and service routines varies depending on which market you are located in, I would suggest that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;local support team&lt;/A&gt; for more information regarding questions about the service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any further questions, feel free to get back to me!&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
