The support that I can provide for third party applications, but a good start is to check in the Google Play store if there are any updates available for the application.

Let me know which application that you are experiencing this with and I'll do my best to assist you further.

Did you do a search on Google too?

Tip: try Signal, the ultrasafe alternative for WhatsApp.

It handles your SMS too and for free as long as you're in WiFi.

Hi again @Laine60, thank you for this information.

As I wrote in my previous post, support for third party application is very limited, but did you check if there is any update available for the Facebook Messenger application in the Google Play store? You can also uninstall and reinstall the application if there is no update available.

The comment section in the Google Play store is also a good way to see if other users are reporting the same behaviour that you are experiencing.

Keep us posted!
