Hallo, ich habe mein xz3 begonnen einzurichten und dabei diversen Apps verschiedene Töne zugewiesen (WhatsApp message etc). Aber wenn Nachrichten rein kommen,ist keiner der Töne zu hören. Hab schon alles versucht, Neustart, Zurücksetzen etc, aber es funktioniert nicht. Wer kann mir helfen? Bin schon am Verzweifeln...

Hi, is it in all apps you're seeing this, or just some particular ones?

Can you press volume up and make sure the bell icon is blue and not vibrate or bell crossed out.

Ich sehe das nur bewusst in den Apps, die ich mehrfach täglich benutzt habe. Alle Lautstärke regler für Medien, Klingel-und benachrichtigungstöne sind mittig. Und Anruftöne kann ich auch hören....🙈

Could be an issue with apps compatability with pie?

Can you reboot into safe mode and see if that makes a difference.

same problem, sometimes notifications are without sound.

also with sound of video clips, all notification the sound dont come...

if i restart the phone..nothing..

after some time everything becomes normal,

and after some time the sound dont go..

is a mistery
