topic Charging feedback loop in XZ Series

Hi,

My device is currently completely out of charge. Whenever I plug the charging cable in, it creates this loop of showing the white screen with sony in the middle of the screen, as if it is about to start up, then returns to the charging screen, with a battery in the red, the lightning bolt but no percentage as usual. This can go back for hours, without charging the device at all.

Thank you for your time,

Josj
