Здраствуйте, я моряк, приобрел около двух месяцев назад свой настоящий телефон sony xz1 compact в Panama в Colón в Duty free zone.

~~Телефон взял с ветрины. В приложениях установлена Демо версия, и телефон постоянно сбрасывает настройки.~~

~~После каждого выключения удаляются все мои контакты.~~

Ужасно не приятно что компания Sony создает такие неудобства для своих клиентов. Пользуюсья в основном мобильным интернетом и на данный момент никакого сервиса получить не могу, при перезагрузке появляются не мои контакты. Такое ощущение что телефон не мой, а мне дали им по пользоваться.

Если Sony отвечает за свою продукцию, пожалуйста отправте мне на ящик свои рекомендации по устранению вышеперечесленной проблемы. Стоимость телефона при покупке составила 475 долларов USD

Hello, I'm a sailor, I got my real sony xz1 compact phone in Panama in Colón in the Duty free zone about two months ago.

The phone took from the windscreen. There is a demo version installed in the applications, and the phone constantly resets the settings.

After each shutdown, all my contacts are deleted.

The application cannot be removed.

It's not nice that Sony creates such inconveniences for its customers. I use mostly mobile Internet and at the moment I can’t get any service, it’s not my contacts that appear when I restart. It seems that the phone is not mine, but I was given them to use.

The screen glass has already been scratched, although it is worth Gorila glass.

If Sony is responsible for its products, please send me your advice on how to fix the above problem. The cost of the phone when buying was 475 USD

Try disable demo mode typing in the phone app keypad *#*#73556673#*#*.

Regarding the display being scratched you must know that nevertheless it being made from Gorilla Glass 5 there are some minerals that can scratch it, it is always good sense to use a screen protector.
