    <description>&lt;P&gt;To the point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Phone: XZ Premium (2018)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System: Android 9 (47.2.A.6.30)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After android 9 update, few apps can't connect to the internet via mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything works perfectly fine while using WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apps that do work:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Messenger (FB)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Netflix&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apps that do not work:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Spotify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- 9gag&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Chrome (it opens first page after search and that it loses connection)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Google Maps (once in a while it can download traffic data but most of the times it simply goes straight to offline)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Youtube (it works like 1 in 10 times)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do have a lot of mobile transfer available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have made the following diagnostic attempts:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I restored factory setting ~3 times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I put my SIM card into another smartphone and problem did not occur on this device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if that's a software issue that i can solve on my own or is it something hardware related and I need to use my warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Adam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1229614"&gt;@Adciur&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is probably happening is that the APN settings of your mobile network are not correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to settings&amp;gt;network and internet&amp;gt;mobile network&amp;gt;advanced&amp;gt;Access Points (APN)&amp;gt;+ or change the existing values (look for the correct settings online or contact your mobile operator for them).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.- I am supposing that you already downloaded the settings going to settings&amp;gt;network and internet&amp;gt;internet settings&amp;gt;accept but it still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It took me some time to dig the correct APN but that was the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;I guess i didn't know that APN can be partially correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Case closed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
