Same occurs here. During a call there is no audio from mic. Does work on speakerphone or when mic is plugged in to headset jack.

Can record audio during video recording.

Diagnostics from setting on mic tested very low sound.

Try to restart your phone into the safe mode and check if the problem persists.

Unfortunately, the same issue occurs in safe mode.
