I have recently (just yesterday)changed from iPhone to xperia xz2 and when someone sends me a picture or video it is in almost unseeable quality. I have tried to google and research any settings or options to rectify why this is. But are unseccessful with trying to find a solution other than getting the sender to send through a different delivery service (email etc). Which is just a pain to them and all of the 1000 conga T's I have.
