Volume key shortcut - How?

How to use volume keys for shortcut?

You cannot:

1. Press both volume up and down key -> one key only

2. Long-press the power button -> opens a menu

This is from info in settings.

So how does one do it?

Does anyone know how to make use of volume keys for a shortcut to e.g. TalkBack?

The problem being you cannot press both volumes up and down keys as it is a toggle key.

This is suggested in the setting ( Pie 9.0)
