Notfications problem

Notfications sound and preview when new message work normally but the problem when use any app to notfication gurd like app called notisave and choose apps in notisave to work with. The problem notification not work like whatsupp when new message no sound no preview, pls how fix it

Well, all my apps seem to work on with notifications, so I would guess that it is indeed something to do with this notisave app, as... Well, they work without it.

Have you checked your App settings > App Notifications are all selected on.

Wouldn't Keep Notifications toggle be the same as the app "notisave" you're using?

The alternative is to use Whatsapp Business app, instead of the regular one.

I have the regular WhatsApp on xz2 premium and get all the notifications fine, the fact that in the one user seeing an issue, they are using a 3rd party notification manager, kinda suggests where the problem lies in this instance.
