SIM pin or unlock pin.

If you lost your SIM pin you can reset it. Go to your providers' site.

If you lost your phone pin then a factory reset using Xperia Companion is your only option.

When you or anyone else stumbles upon this kind of trouble you should definately read about security and backups.

There is a wealth of information that can help you avoid being annoyed and/or disappointed.

Take some time to read and learn. You will be rewarded afterwards.

Same goes for using the Xperia XZ Premium camera or even backing up your home computer.

RTFM to avoid being disappointed!

Oh and PS

A good old trick to remember your pin is by using the same pin as your bank card.

The PIN code for the device is something that you have set on your own and we can not see which PIN code you have set, as this is very personal and private information.

If you can't remember your PIN code for the screen lock, please follow the instructions that @Strampke posted earlier. If you need to know the PIN code of your SIM card, please get in touch with your operator and they will assist you further.
