App not compatible

I can't install viber or what's app or Instagram.

It gives incompatible with your device. Please help I just bought xz1 specifically to use those apps

Are you installing as an APK or from playstore?

I manged to install it from the apk , the app store doesn't allow me to install it ( not available in my country )

and many other apps are not available in my country for some reason.

but I am having problem now with viber because it tells me its not compatible with my current version . but I searched online and I found an apk and managed to install it and it works .

I have now both apps running , but I don't know why google store says Viber is not compatible with my device.
