    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1183913"&gt;@Dizza1&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's odd, but how about this boot in &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;just to narrow down the issue, &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-2"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;will disable any third party apps that could be acting up. Also, if possible, post some screenshots of the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screenshot: Press and hold power &amp;amp; volume down for 1 second or long press the power button &amp;gt; a pop up will appear &amp;gt; tap on screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems as tho the letters on my screen are not as sharp as they once were....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The screen has a very slight haze to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
