Mobile Data Connection

I recently bought my zx1 in Canada, and I have since moved to the United States. The phone was unlocked, and I have gotten a new Sim card with a new provider. I can send and receive texts and calls, it is connected to the AT&T service, but cannot connect the phone to mobile data. It is part of the plan, but the phone will not connect. I have tried factory reset, done a software repair, pulled the Sim, even got the store to get me a new sim card.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Soup88;

I suppose you already downloaded the internet configurations in settings>network and internet>internet settings.

If that didn't worked try inserting the configurations manually (ask your network-AT&T- for the correct settings) in settings>network and internet>mobile network>access points (APN)>top right +.
