Help!!!!!

I'm struggling to turn off the vibrations on my key boards and notifications, I've even looked on toodle and crome but nothing is helping. I've tried everything, can someone help me?

settings> accessibility> vibrations

Settings -> Sound -> scroll the the bottom -> Advanced -> Disable "Touch vibration".
