Hi love my phone but I'm stuggling to enjoy it.

I use my Google maps alot but find it very difficult hear directions as the volume output is simply awful ,its the same with hands free calls and listening to things on you tube ect. I've tried a few steps I've read and I don't have anything obstructing my speaker like seals or covers it's literally been like this since the day I got it

Hi, have you removed the screen protector. The one thats on the phone out the factory must cover the speakers.
