J ai un problème au niveau du son il ne sonne plus quand on m appelle et plus de son nom plus pour la musique par contre quand j appelle ou on m'appelle j entente très bien la personne parler je vien de réinitialisé mon téléphone et toujours pas de son en espèrent que vous pourais m'aider

Hi @Kassou, I'm sorry to hear about this.

Could you elaborate what you mean? Does it occur when the call is incoming and you can't hear it?

Or does it occur in the call and you can't hear the person that you are talking to?

Could you try both speakers if you go to: Settings > Support > Tests > Test the "Loudspeaker" or the "Earspeaker" depending on what you are experiencing.

~~Se son les haut parleur qui ne fonctionne plus~~

~~Se que je veux dire au niveau des appelle c que je peux appeller et entendre mon interlocuteur sans aucun souci mais si je veux écouter de la musique ou que l on m appelle je n es pas de sonnerie~~
