Problems with notification and ringing tones

Hello! I have a Xperia XZ Premium, with android 8.0.0.
Since the last software update, every time I make or receive a call, the device's notification and ringing tones are lowered, even though the volume of the device is at its maximum. I am obliged to restart the device so that it returns to normal. I've already made a diagnosis and in diagnosis the audio works correctly. I started the phone in safe mode and did the test and again, immediately after making or receiving a call, the problem returns.
Does anyone else have this problem?

You said after the last software update huh? then, I think you both try to reset your phones.

Obviously. Did not work.
Since I wrote this post, my device has already updated twice more. In the first update later, the problem disappeared. In the last update, about a week ago, it happened again.
