    <description>&lt;P&gt;My New xz2 Compact has a sizzling speaker(top speaker) . I've tried everything (restor repair, other sim card ..) always the same issue .. I don't have other Phone so I need Sony to send me a New one before I send mine to repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The smartphone is new, i've paid for it&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;it is supposed to work fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help or advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have this problem and I think Sony does not give a damn because given the number of people in our situation, this problem must be known but they do nothing to stop the sale of defective phones. I noticed this problem 10 minutes after turning on the phone, and unfortunately the change did not change anything, I do not want to wait for a 3rd phone, I want a phone that works. I also think of the accessories that are different depending on the reseller, it is outrageous to receive a normal charger and poor quality headphones while on youtube, people receive fast charger and intra-auricular&lt;/P&gt;</description>
