No more sound
Hello for about 2 weeks, I have the problem that my phone no longer plays sound no matter whether ringtone song or video sound, even the phone is no longer possible. The funny also about headset comes no sound. Hallo seit ca 2 Wochen hab ich das Problem das mein Handy keinen Ton mehr abspielt ganz egal ob Klingelton lied oder videoton, selbst das telefonieren ist nicht mehr möglich. Das komische auch über Headset kommt kein Ton. Hab daraufhin Support ausgeführt zur problemfindung tja bei mikrofon Überprüfung flieg ich ständig aus der app und bei den hörmuscheln sollte Musik kommen die nicht kommt auch lauter leiser Taste oder Ton bei Berührung geht nicht mehr und mein Standort wird auch nicht mehr gefunden. Hab das Handy sogar zurückgesetzt ohne Erfolg. Und nein es ist auch nicht auf stumm geschaltet oder runtergefallen so das beide Mikrofone kaputt sind.
