If yes try a Software Repair with Xperia Companion as it is diferent from a factory reset.

I bought my XZs back in May 2017, and I had problems with it all the time. I've already sent it back to the store for repair 2 times. The first problem was that cellular network didnt work, and the second problem was the audio jack not working. Now, my phones battery is draining like crazy (I need to charge it up to 3-4 times a day) and sometimes the phone lags so badly that it is unusable. The phone has already been factory reseted like 5 times, and last time I sent it to repair, they said that there was nothing wrong with the phone. They were blaming the apps on my phone. The thing is that I use only social media apps like Facebook and Snapchat. I am aware that those may drown my battery quicker, but they shouldnt slow down my entire phone. I know a person with the same phone as me and he doesnt complain about it all as he doesnt have those issues. Does someone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
