topic Unstable bluetooth connection with headset in XZ Series

Hello, I have a Sony Xperia XZ Premium and is presenting constant problems in the bluetooth connection with different brands of headphones. It disconnects without any reason and reconnects automatically, up to three times continuous, then only disconnects and does not reconnect until the bluetooth turns off and turns on again.
This problem takes at least 2 months and I have not been able to give it a solution, I have provided different Bluetooth headsets of different brands and the error persists in the same way.
I have version 47.1.A.12.75
