The phone plays xz and videos in slow motion while watching and there is no sound

Is it the same when you try playing it using a third party video player? Is the video taken by the phone itself? Or was it from an external source? Try downloading for example, MX Player or VLC Player, and play the same video, if it's still slow, it may not be a supported codec.
