This xz2 compact has successfully&nbsp; installed latest android software, yet the phone continually prompts for the same update. I have let it update 5 times but it still goes on and on recommending the same update. I have tried clearing the cache of software&nbsp; update and restarting but that doesn't work.&nbsp; I want to avoid having to reset the phone as I will lose all my log-in.
