I have turned my phone off then on and I can't remember what my password is when I turn my phone back on. Is there anything in can do?

I'm afraid you have a serious problem there.

You don't have fingerprint recognition?

The manual tells us this.

PS Maybe you can try some more possible passwords, hope one is the right one.

Hi @Pin4, sorry to hear about this.

I'm afraid that there is not that much to test. Is your current screen lock a PIN code? If it is, you can try and use the Google service called Find My Device, to add a new screen lock on your device.

If that doesn't work of you have a password or pattern screen lock, you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will completely wipe the device and in the same process, remove any screen lock.

@Strampke, when you turn the device on, you can't use the fingerprint to unlock the device, it has to be with the PIN, pattern or password.
