    <description>&lt;P&gt;it happen every few days and when it happen, it will continue for a few consecutive regular calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the screen protector has a cut out for the sensor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the proximity test is passed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when during call, the proximity sensor should turn off the touchscreen,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but mine sometime don't work and screen stay on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and my ear keep pressing all the buttons on the screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mute, speaker, hold, notification bar program/setting keep executing and changing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68205"&gt;@chunxi&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regular calls or whatsapp, skype, etc calls?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does the phone has anything covering or partially covering the proximity sensor?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does it happen most of the time or once in 10 or more?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the more details that you include the easier it'll be to help you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
