Music streaming apps keep pausing randomly

I am having a very annoying issue. I have a Sony Xperia XZ1. I stream a lot of music with 8tracks and Spotify mostly via bluetooth and headphones. Music will randomly pause for no reason. I don't know if there is a setting that I need to change, but I am out of options. I never had any issues like this with my old iphone. Please help!

Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Data usage -> Data saver -> Make sure it's set to "Off" or add your streaming apps to the exception list.

Tried that before and again now, still pauses my music. Very very annoying.
