Any way I can change my shutter speed to PAL-friendly in video, specifically for the slow motion and super slow motion? Would be nice to have flicker-free videos.

Sadly you can't do this as of now. I think the Slow Motion and Super Slow Motion are also hard coded on their shutter speed, so you will never be able to chage it. (limitation of the very fast capture thing)
