      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought an Xperia XZ1 compact 10 days ago. Since I received it and setup my Sim card in the phone I have random issue with incoming &amp;amp; outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The person calling me or receiving my call can't hear me at all however I can perfectly listen to this person.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem appear randomly, not for every call.&amp;nbsp;It happen on mobile number &amp;amp; landline number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only situation when it doesn't appear it's when my phone is connected with bluethoot to my car. In this case all call are going perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone can offer any assistance on this matter ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1117781"&gt;@Geoff38&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sounds like an app acting up.&amp;nbsp;Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
