Well if this issue only exists in regular phone call, it could really be an provider or SIM card problem. Changing your SIM card could often help. If your provider has a local store, you could go there and ask for a SIM checkup. You could also call your Servicehotline and ask for current network problems in your region.

If your using a 3rd party calling app, it could also be a issue with your security settings.

Thanks for replying. It's from regular phone call. It works fine on WhatsApp viber etc. It's just phone calls and I've been told as well by friends that when they call me they can't get through.

Hi again, I've tried it in safe mode and I'm still having the same problem. I can hear my friend but he can't hear me. As for the sim card I need to order one but I don't think it will make any difference. Do you think my phone is faulty. Thank you.

Hi. I've bought a new sim card yesterday and I am on a different provider. I've tried it this morning and all my calls are going through now. I wouldn't have thought the problem would be the sim as the data was working fine. Thank you sooooo much for your help. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
