XZ1 COMPACT FRONT CAMERA PROBLEM

Dear,

when i'am taking selfies, the front camera quality is clear and sharp, everything goes smooth.

but to my surprise, when i'am videocalling with my girlfriend, the camera quality becomes blurred and out of focus. This is a solid opinion, because a tried skype, whatsaap and wechat. I thought is a software problem, but its a really big issue, cause my prior las phone sammsung galaxy s7 and other xiaomi phone i got never ocurrs.

any idea and any one in the same situation?

Yes, i have the same problem. Blurred in minimal dark room, is terrible.

XZ1 compact front camera

I am really dissapointed in the front camera when talking "cam" in any kind of app(whatsapp etc). Picture on my self gets very blurry in minimal darkness. I came from Z5 compact and that front kamera was perfect even in darkness when i use camera apps. I guess this cant be fixed from updates because it feels like they using a worse hardware in front kamera.

Edit: I have tried Line app and camera was fine in there. Is only whatsapp i have a blurry picture.

Edit2: They have to fix sound when talking in camera becuse it is to loud on the lowest volume.
