Touch screen/ scrolling issues again

Hi. I'm use to Xz premium g8141 single sim. I have Android oreo installed. No screen films. I have previously covered the issue of touching the screen, implemented and solved software problems in accordance with the recommendations.

However, the problem of touching on the screen started again 2 to 3 days. Sometimes it does not perceive touches. What should I do

I recommend you test your phone in safe mode. You can also perform a test under Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics. Please perform the touch screen test here.

I've tried safe mode and software update before.then First looks its everyhing ok but later touch issue again. I dont understand why it happens.

Could it be related to Android oreo ?

@Tomorrow1303 in that case you can try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion to see if that resolves your issue.

I can try software repair companian before. At first everything was normal but then it happened again.

@Tomorrow1303 in that case, you might want to contact your Local support and schedule a repair, as it could be a hardware issue.
