Sim not available?!

Okay, I'm just gonna say it. I've never experienced such frequent unable to find sim issue with any other phones (sony XP or iPhone 6) I've used. Come on guys, are you trying to push me back using iPhone? Coz if you are you are just about done it for me. I was playing games or watching YouTube clips and all of the sudden it told me network not available due to no sim. I mean, hello?!

This has got to stop! The lastest update didn't change anything. I love Sony products. I trust Sony products more than I trust any other Android phones. I even have many other products made by Sony. Nothing else plays up like XZ does. I'm really struggling to believe a giant company such as yourself would give me so much grief! Can you please fix it? Or can someone please tell me if there is anything I can do apart from changing to another phone. Thank you.

To begin with, did you try another SIM card (preferably a new one) in your phone?

Then I strongly advise that you try to because we need to rule out the possibility of a defective SIM card before we proceed to further troubleshooting steps.

Jamais eu aucun problème avec mon xz jusqu'à ces 2 dernières semaines. Je dois continuellement redémarrer le téléphone car carte sim non reconnu, la durée de tenue est aléatoire mais c'est un vrai et réel problème !!! Que faire svp

Never had any problem with my xz until the last 2 weeks. I have to continually restart the phone because sim card unrecognized, the duration of holding is random but it is a real problem! What to do

Le plus important est de parler français d'afin que tout le monde peut te comprendre.

Second try to clean the SIM, place it in another phone or place another SIM in your phone to find out if the problem is SIM related or phone related.
