Speaker doesn't work during calls

Hi,

On top of the problems with the volume button intermittently not working, the phone won't go onto speaker during a call.

If I try it just goes silent, and I can't hear the other party.

When are these problems going to be fixed?

I feel like I paid a lot of money for something that now feels like a shabby rip off, and I'm frankly more than a little disappointed.

My next phone won't be a Sony, and neither will my wife's or my son's.

@Barrywrobinsonhave you tried contacting your Local support support and arranging a repair, since a software repair hasn't fixed the problem you were having with the volume button?
