Bluetooth and data turn on automatically after sleep mode

Hi,

I have XZ premium. However have 2 problems with it. Bluetooth and data turn on automatically after the sleep mode. I have tried to switched it off in settings but nothing works. If I carry on like that I'll run out with data within my contract and start pay for using more data. I have tried to reset the mobile to factory settings and set up again but still the same.

Anybody have same problems?

Maybe someone could give me a solution. Thanks for any help.

@Arvena81do you mean that data turns on when you turn the screen on and unlock it?

does the same thing happen in safe mode?

Yes. If I turn the screen to sleep mode by myself or it's done after not using the phone for set up time. If I switch the phone off and turn on it is OK.

To be honest I haven't tried a safe mode. I'll do it in a minute. I have checked all apps (even system ones) and switch off unlimited access to data on all.

I have tried safe mode and it is still the same.
