XZ (premium) screen turning on at night

I wake every morning (and during the night) to find my screen is always on.

I have disabled notifications during 23:00 and 07:00.

Is there something else I need to do?

1. Do you have your "Developer options" activated under Settings -> System?

2. If you restart into safe mode, can you replicate this issue?

I do not have developer options turned on. (It does not appear under Settings->System so it cannot be turned on)

I have not attempted safe mode.
