My XZ premium ringtone, notification & keyboard sounds keep going really low. The volume bar is fully up, the music plays ok as does youtube videos. I have completed a factory reset but still happens, comes back for a while after a phone restarts. I have also downloaded an app to shut down all running apps still not helping. Anybody got any ideas please

@Mark76 did you peel off the screen protector that comes applied with the phone? someone here used to have that problem, and it turned out that that piece of plastic that's supposed to protect the phone during shipping was blocking the speakers.

also you might want to get rid of any task killers or task managers, as they don't have any positive effect on Android, and can actually make the phone perform worse than without a task manager.

Hi there, I have owned the phone for about 6 months and the issue has only just started. I have also just uninstalled the task manager I had on the phone. Many thanks Mark

It seems to me that the phone isn't clearing down properly after a phone call sometimes. I have too call somebody and then hang up after which the sounds all return to normal settings.

Think I may have solved the issue, I think my smart watch S3 audio connection was giving me grief. I've disconnected call audio and touch wood it's been fine since.

Many thanks all
