    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The model number is G8441.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using mobile data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have any icons showing at the top apart from notifications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a z3 compact before and I never had any problems with accessing WhatsApp and still sending messages whilst on a call, likewise with using the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We'll need some more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the model number of your phone? You can find it under Settings &amp;gt; About Phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this with mobile data or WiFi? Does the icon at the top go away when you make a call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you experience the same issue when you are connected to WiFi?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, have you checked with your network carrier to confirm if&amp;nbsp;your account supports it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never had this problem when I had the Z3 compact, I was able to send WhatsApp messages whilst on a call and access the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since upgrading to the XZ1 compact I'm not able to do this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pebbles2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN&gt;Why am I not able to access the Internet or send a WhatsApp message whilst I am on a call?"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The phones is using 3G or 2G during a call so even if you are in 4G the phone will use either 2G/3G while the call is ongoing. You should make a test to change the settings in your phone and make a call.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Go to Settings-&amp;gt;Network&amp;amp;Internet-&amp;gt;Mobile Networks-&amp;gt;Preferred network type and choose 3G (preferred)/2G.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check if the 3G/LTE or any thing appears above the signal bars. This indicates that you have a data connection. Try your apps and make a call and try your apps. This will give you an idea what is wrong.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
