[Help] Phone Keep Restarting

hello..
i have problem on my xzp and this is the 3rd time happen to me !!
the phone keep restarting i dunno where the problem
i flash latest firmware and phone works fine for 10 days then it's back and do restarting then i have to flash firmware again
please help me from 25-1 to 24-2 i flashed firmware for 3 Time and i lost all my files and i made video shows the problem because my bad english

no i never put my phone in water i was have z2 for 3 years before this phone and never put it on water

Same here. any solution for that. if i restart or switch off. phone restart continuously. please help for this matter

Same here, in the last few weks - maybe since the last update my phones restarting at least twice a day.

I'm really disappointed with this phone since the Oreo update. Restarts, app crashes and the Bluetooth is absolutly rubbish, at the moment I can't get through ONE song wihtout is disconnecting from my headphones or car.

I'm about ot call me network and ask foir a different phone from another manufacturer, this is quyickly turning from a great phone into a frustrating peice of crap.

i lost all my files for 3 time till now and today i repair it again with companion...
i though the problem with my phone !!

This might indicate that one of your installed apps is causing this.

My apps is [facebook-messenger-whatsapp-chrome-es file explorer-mobikora-opera-pages manager] this is all my apps im using and all apps r updates

If the phone stays ok for 5-10 days after software repair, then something begins to happen after this period. I don't think it is a hardware issue because it would go into restarting regardless of the software. Try to restart in safe mode and observe how would it work there, if no restarts are happening then it's definitely one of your apps.

Same in safemode m8 its also restart i try every thing

how it happens. because after repair using companion can use. but if i restart or switch off the phone automatically restating when its switch on. i have lost my lots of data because of that. please is there any solution for that. because if my phone restart or switch off i have to repair again to use it. if it is because of app how can we find it because play store shows no any problem with apps. what should we do.

Please give us proper solution

@Curr946 @kanchukaif a software repair using Xperia Companion doesn't fix that issue for you, you should contact your Local support to arrange a repair so that they can take a look at the device.

your one is better. i my hone restart once it continiously restart. i cant use it. stuck and restarting. there may be a issue with software.

Guys same problem occurred 5 minutes ago and I don't know what should I do.Phone is still restarting since 10 minute and I finally shut it down with pressing power and volume up buttons for 10 sec.But after I turn it on again,it happens again.I just wanted to open safe mode,long pressed shut down button and everything happened after that.Isn't there any solution ? Looking that I am not the only one who encountered with this issue
