Screen lines/artifacts during video

I have just made the jump and bought a xz premium and so far I am loving!

One issue I am having is the when watching videos I get random white vertical lines popping up on the screen.

Tried it with Netflix, YouTube and amazon prime and my own person videos and they all do it.

No issue at any other time, like playing games or looking at pics.

Seems very strange and I fear I may have a faulty screen panel 😐

Is this a software or a hardware issue?

Please help

Can you maybe send a picture or video to show the kind of abnormal patterns you're getting on your screen?

I'd say that you most likely have a faulty device and if you bought it less than a month ago then you should be able to exchange it for a brand new one.

I have the latest available software from o2.

I have tried to take a screen shot but it does not seem to work.

I have only had the phone a week so I am going onto the o2 shop to demonstrate the issue.

I gota fresh phone as i was within the first 14 days, i guess it was a hardware issue as the new phone is perfect 🙂
