Mobile data not working when XZs gets call

Hi All,

I am using Xperia XZs Black.

My Mobile network setup was (LTE (preferred)/WCDMA/GSM)

It is showing as LTE on the Status Bar.

Whenever i am getting call, it is changing to H+ and mobile data is not working.

How to fix this issue..

Hi @sathishgoku, welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this.

Does mobile data only not work while you are on a call? Does it work if you are not on a call?

Can you please try a different SIM card in your phone and see if the issue is the same?

Mobile data on LTE and H+ are working perfectly when i am not on call.

It is not working only wen i am in call.

Do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

I went in safe mode..

Wen I get a call, my network changes to H+.

Before the call it was in LTE.

I DON'T WANT MY NETWORK TO CHANGE TO H+ WEN I AM GETTING CALL
