      <title>Blue smudge when viewing black image</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My screen displays a blue smudge near the bottom of the phone when rendering black backgrounds.&amp;nbsp; Is this something that can be fixed, or is this something I'd need a replacement for?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
