    <description>&lt;P&gt;IvI' avoided updating my xperia xz premium to oreo because all I read about are just ono problem after another but the up date icon appears in the notice bar and I cannot seem to get rid is there a way to get rid as I'd rather not update because of all the problems&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43058"&gt;@swith&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no way to permanently&amp;nbsp;remove this notification/icon, you can however disable it temporarily&amp;nbsp;if you go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; tap the three dots in the top right corner &amp;gt; Show system. Find and tap on "Software update" &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope that answers your question! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
