      <title>Phone no longer recognises my pin code after recent software update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the recent update, 11/02/2018, i reset my phone the day after and can not pass the initial log in screen. I am certain of my pin as i still use it regularly despite the thumbprint on my XZ Premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone doesn't go into full load up or even allow me to boot up in safe mode from what i've tried.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried the companion but that isn't working/of any help as it advises there is an error when trying a system repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running our of attempts before the entire phone is wiped as well!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
