    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't say a safe mode check will work for this because this does not happen daily. I'd have to keep my phone in safe mode at least for 3-4 days since that's the frequency in which i could see this issue. The&amp;nbsp;guilty apps i have seen opening up like that are TextNow, Pandora, Super Task Killer, Pinterest, etc. Only a few but just feel like it's some bug in Oreo itself. Because i did not have this issue before the Oreo update&lt;/P&gt;</description>
