Thanks. Also tried something and it really worked.Forced GPU rendering and disabled HW overlays from developer settings so forced phone to use GPU.And now UI is perfectly smooth. But wanna ask that, which one consumes more battery,GPU(existing settings) or using CPU(default settings) ?

Apps are opening really fast or games are running so smooth, phone has not a performans issue but in app drawer, sliding windows to left or right, there is a real lag over here, not smooth, not even a little(and sometimes in settings while scrolling) .Has UI an optimization problem or is there a problem on my phone ?

Running latest 7.1.1 version, just before the oreo 254

Editing to clarify something:Not using stamina, even If I use that is the lowest one, performance mode

@SPeaky that sounds like an Xperia Home issue. you could try going to Settings > Apps & notifications > Xperia Home > Storage > Clear cache and see if things get better. if it doesn't, you could try clearing data in the same section, although that would reset your homescreen layout and settings to default in the process. if all else fails, perhaps you should report the issue in the Xperia Home section /t5/Xperia-Home/bd-p/xperia_home
