do you use a screen protector or still have the protective plastic sheet that the phone came with applied?

No, ningún accesorio, cambié memoria, utilice el modo seguro, realice el reseteo de fabrica y el problema persiste, no soy el único, por lo q leo hay personas q tienen el mismo problema se les dan las mismas recomendaciones, sin embargo no hay una solución concreta

No, no accessories, I changed my memory, I used the safe mode, I did the factory reset and the problem persisted, I am not the only one, so I read that there are people who have the same problem, they are given the same recommendations, however there is no a concrete solution
