Ear speaker not working

Hi guys,

Have my xperia xz for two months now and the ear speaker problem happened again. First it just fixed itself after few restarts, now it doesn't work.

Speakers and headphones work properly, only ear speaker have problem. When i speka with someone i can't hear anything, but ppl can hear me.. I start to hear when i use loudspeaker.

I need help guys. Thanks a lot.

Do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

I just tried the safe mode and problem didn't solve. Diagnostics also didn't help.

Any other ideas?

@toporeone,

It sounds like it could be a hardware issue. Try running a software repair using Xperia Companion but if that does not help, contact your Local support team
