Texts Not Sending

Hi, since the last update, I can create text messages, press send but then they hang. I have to turn the phone off and on before they send. At the same time I can still receive messages. I am having to reboot the phone 4 or 5 times a day.

I have read the previous suggestions including clearing the message data. This did not work.

Can you please test your phone in safe mode and see if the same issue happens?

Hi, so it works in safe mode. But as soon as I go back to normal mode it screws up again. So how would I find which app could be causing the trouble?

There's no easy way to find out. You need to remove apps one by one and test after each uninstall. Alternatively you can do a fresh start by running a software repair using Xperia Companion.
