Media volume gets muted

Hi,

The media volume in my Xperia xz keeps getting muted.

Every time i start a new clip on youtube or other apps, the volume gets muted automatically and i need to adjust it manually.

Up for this post..., i get the same problem too.,when i play a game., thats why i always restart my phone., because setting it manually doesnt work at all

Hi,

The safe mode works perfect.

I believe now that one of the third party apps is interfering with the settings.

Any other ideas?

Uninstall one by one, this will help you narrow down the app

Open the app drawer > menu (top right corner) > sort apps > By date > now you will get the latest apps first, uninstall one by one until you find the culprit >

once you do, let us know which app was causing this

and

report the bug to the app developer.
